Maniilaq Association is a non-profit corporation that provides health, tribal, and social services to residents in the Maniilaq Service Area, which is comprised of communities in the Northwest Arctic Borough and Point Hope. Maniilaq represents twelve federally recognized tribes in Northwest Alaska and provides services to a population of about 8,000 people in an area of land roughly the size of Indiana. With approximately 550 in its workforce, Maniilaq Association is also the largest employer. Read more.

**Notice to Point Hope Residents: Pharmacy Services Update**

Due to the scheduled full runway closure from July 18th, lasting for one week, the Maniilaq Pharmacy Department has been proactively filling all chronic prescriptions due to running out during this period and the following week.
If your prescription is running out in the next two weeks, please take the following steps:
– Call the clinic at 907-368-2234 to confirm your refill has arrived.

– If necessary, contact the pharmacy before July 18th at 6 pm to ensure your prescription is ready. Use the automated line or leave a message if you cannot get through.

Beginning July 18, 2024, Maniilaq will facilitate the transportation of human remains between airlines or from airlines to the morgue at MHC. To make transportation arrangements, please contact our Patient Advocacy Office at 907-442-7156 or 907-412-1088.
